Cancellation Policy
We know unexpected things happen, so we try to be as flexible as possible.
- Cancellations made 72 hours before the tour → full refund.
- Cancellations under 72 hours → non-refundable (operational costs already confirmed).
- If you're unable to make it and haven't notified us in advance, we unfortunately won't be able to offer a refund — but we'll always do our best to help where we can.
- Whenever possible, we will help reschedule your experience, subject to availability.
- Private tours or custom-built experiences may carry specific cancellation terms depending on the logistics involved — these will always be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
- If, for any exceptional reason beyond our control, we need to cancel or change the tour, we'll get in touch to offer a reschedule or a full refund.
Terms & Conditions
By booking with us, you agree to the following:
- Reservation confirmed upon payment, as indicated at purchase.
- We kindly ask that you arrive at the meeting point a few minutes early so we can start the experience smoothly and on time for everyone.
- Each participant is responsible for assessing their physical condition for the activity.
- Follow the guide's instructions during the tour for group safety and wellbeing.
- We may capture photos/videos for promotional purposes — let us know if you prefer not to appear.
- Your personal data will be used exclusively for managing your booking and any related communication — we will never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
